Limited intake

Our launch-plan form is designed for agency business information—not client records or clinical data. We limit fields and lengths, validate required inputs, and use automated abuse controls.

Operational safeguards

Access to request information is limited to people responsible for sales and project follow-up. Hosting and request-processing providers maintain their own infrastructure safeguards.

Customer responsibility

Agencies remain responsible for reviewing proposed workflows, access controls, content, legal requirements, privacy obligations, and vendor agreements before using any delivered system with regulated data.

No regulated-data authorization

Unless a separate written agreement explicitly says otherwise, Elyvane websites and intake forms must not be used to submit PHI or other regulated client information.
