What we collect

When you request a launch plan, we collect the business and contact information you choose to provide, including agency name, contact details, service lines, project interests, timeline, and operational challenges.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a relevant consultation, recommend services, prevent abuse, and maintain basic business records. Elyvane request information may be processed within our affiliated Evidenote request system for routing and follow-up.

What not to submit

Do not submit protected health information, client records, clinical details, government identification numbers, payment-card data, passwords, or other sensitive personal information through our inquiry forms.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell inquiry information. We may use service providers to host the website and process requests. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for follow-up, business operations, security, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements, by contacting the Elyvane representative who followed up with you.
